Throwing something in here for the first time. With Angelina, we had blogs going before she was born. With Marek, I don't know if it because we have more stuff going on (does that mean we were boring before Angelina came into our lives), or we have fallen into the trap that a lot of parents talk about: The second child does not get as much attention as the first. I really plan to try as hard as possible to make Marek feel as important as his sister did through his first few years, but I know that would not be fair to Angelina either. It will be interesting, trying to balance two children in our lives instead of one. Geli has been great so far and has only had some slight jealousy, but nothing that we wouldn't expect from a four year old. She is not interested in changing diapers, even though she told us before Marek was born that she would help. She at least throws them in the trash for us. [2-14-2011]
